a mixed experience near the duomo

small bathroom street noise

The bathroom was quite small. i also found the cleanliness lacking. The shower area had black stains and old soap residue. the balcony was tiny as well, and the street noise made it hard to sleep well at night, even with the windows closed.

comfortable temperature fresh fruit mini fridge

i stayed in a double room it had a mini fridge which was great for keeping drinks cold. the air conditioning worked really well keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. i liked the complimentary toiletries they provided a nice touch. the breakfast had a variety of fresh fruit

the lift was small only two people could fit in it at a time.

loud trams uncomfortable bed

i was really disappointed with the noise. the trams outside were so loud. it made it hard to sleep. the bed wasn't comfortable either, and it felt old. it definitely affected my stay.
